Parking lots replaced with random textures?

Hi, just today I started playing on my main town, but for some reason, most of the parking lots have been replaced with dirt, grass, or sidewalk textures.

It's definitely not a dependency issue because these are mostly maxis lots. And yes, detail is at high level. Anyone know why this could be?

Does this happen in a default SC4 install? ie without plugins?  I ask because it shows the symptoms of something in plugins overriding (same IIDs as ) the maxis parking textures.

    I think it might be that, as this happened the day i downloaded a couple of things.
