Nice International Airport Modular Pack - Main Teminal Brown Box Issue!

Dear Smitropolis community. I recently downloaded matt 325b Nice Modular Airport, and I just installed the whole dependencies required for the airport to work. Despite this, I have a terrible Brown Box on my terminal lot. 

I see the Ousturland Chancellory is needed and I got that one installed too and is working properly. Despite this, the terminal just has that hideous brown box. 

I also have checked out to have all the dependencies needed many times and despite that, I wasn't able to solve the problem.  

Please help me If you may know what is causing this problem. I also don't know if I can fit another terminal model to the pack matt 325b provide, that would be pretty cool.

I don't have that airport, but check to see if you need any dependencies for the Ousturland Chancellory.  Btw, that runway needs some serious leveling. If you were looking out the plane window, would you want to land there?

Thanks, man, haha lol you're right I would level it soon, As far as I checked out I had the whole dependencies running OK.
