City loading time and crashing

Hello Family! Can anyone please help me! It's my SimCity 4 obviously, this week it was fine Monday, and now all of a sudden every time I go to regions, and pick my city for gameplay, or any other City or empty tile. It's a long prolonged wait for the load. It says it's message as usual, like for example counting the llamas. but then it crashes and goes right back to my regular computer screen! like nothing happened! What could be causing this? It haven't been acting this way? Can anybody help me I'm really getting frustrated!!!

Check in your settings whether you have hardware or software enabled. If changing settings doesn't work, empty your plug-ins and try. All I can think of.

Any changes to your plugins - in or out? What you describe sounds similar to a new NAM installation without applying the 4gb patch.

@CaptCity where do you apply the SC4 Patch? Which Destanation should be used. I tryed my SC4 File, My pluge-in, Ugggggg! I'm so flustered!!!

Before applying the patch, did you actually install NAM recently? If so, do you remember which file you ran to install it? If you ran the NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version41.bat file, the patch should have been applied automatically. If you used the NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version41.jar file, you'll need to apply the patch manually (on Windows).

The file that is patched is your SimCity 4.exe file in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps directory of your computer (or wherever your version places it depending on where you got the game). If you've had NAM for a while, it may have been patched already.
