Seaport Crane Bug

Hello,

I'm getting a minor visual bug with the animated crane props used on the default Maxis seaport, as well as any other custom dock. Basically, the arm of the crane and whatever container it is "carrying" are split apart and floating. It all moves together in the fixed relative positions you see below. I assume it's caused by some download I've made, but unfortunately I only just started plopping seaports, so I have no idea how long this has been going on and what download the glitch may have coincided with.

Is this something anyone has seen before?

Sorry that I have never seen this before, Hope our experienced Mayors can help you on this, Or before that, You may can use this binary method to locate the problem quickly.

I thought it quite a while, Really strange, at the beginning, I thought it's an offset prop or effect, or maybe this Lot's treshold is set to 90, so some props fall on the shore, But it seems doesn't make sense, since you have this issue even in Vanilla's seaport, however it also unlikely that someone tweaked this effect or the coordinates of S3D, I really couldn't figure out why this happened. Anyway, I'd like to know the reason as well, Hope you good luck there.
