Jobless Zots and Long Commute Time

How would I stop this from happening in my cities. I mean I get them on R$, R$$ and R$$$. I've Installed Slightlyslack - Res Halver, Bones1 - Less Abandonment, and RalphaelNinja - AbandonmentModd 1.2. I also have CAM (CAM 2.1) and NAM installed (NAM version 41). So any fixes, or is this just a bug that is unfixable.

It's all about balance. Run time and dezone any residential which shows a no job zot. Continue until the remaining residential never show said zot. Your population should then become stable with fluctuations of no more than 100 from year to year.

Once you have this accomplished, grow more jobs and then slowly zone more residential. Once they grow, run time for a few years to be sure you maintain that stability.
