Chrome crashing

All Chrome Tabs say "crashed".

Five days ago, reports started rolling in about Chrome crashing for Windows users. Lots of people are having this issue, including me. I was able to get Chrome working again, maybe out of luck. But may people report doing different things to get it back. I need my Chrome!!!!
Chrome will open, but all tabs will try to load but fail and read "crashed". And I was notified with Windows popups saying two extensions I use( Google Offline Docs and uBlock Origin) has crashed and to click to restore. But nothing would change when I clicked them. I could not open the Chrome settings to turn these extension off. Completely blocked out of Chrome browser, but I could access my google account through another browser. And there is no my to turn these extension off from there, only in Chrome. Great set up they have! Not.
Eventually after removing Fallout Shelter(from Steam) from having access to my account and reinstalling Chrome is when it stated working again. Don't know if the two are related, but I got it back.
