Waterfall Piece Overlaps Protected Area on Slope

I ran into same issue as this thread -

It's 3 middle blocks on the incline and can't place the waterfall.  I tried re-building the area several times with PEG 1x4 and 4x4 Leveler and everything looks good visually and with road 1x1 tiles.

This is the 2nd stage of the Waterfall and originally had an issue towards the top or 1st stage where there was a weird sink hole and when I tried to level it with road, it would like build a wood bridge support or something and when I destroyed the road the wood support would disappear and sink hole present.  After messing around with a 7.5 Digger Raiser piece and the PEG Levelers, I managed to fix the whole thing.....................But as I continue building down into 2nd stage and everything looks good it almost pops up again but stuck in these 3 middle pieces ?

2nd photo shows larger view and did not have any issues with other waterfall

Nevermind, I managed to get it.  This is pretty tricky.  I re-flattened and re-raised things a few times all around and managed to even out.

I thought I hit a weird seam in the grid because the the incline

You can level up to 15m with streets, but anything higher than that will cause retaining walls. Then you have to start the process again with streets. If you get the God in Mayor mode cheat, you can use the big leveler, which will make all of this a lot quicker without using all that street plopping. I only use them for little tight spots. You can shrink the game leveler with Ctrl+Shift+2 to get into most tight places...for free.

I have not messed with different sizes yet and just did the lowest 7.5.   Will mess around and see the different sizes, there is that PEG Sway Bridge that works with elevation that will mess with down road.

I have the God Mode cheat and used to to create the map to really sink down all around like a Caldera Valley sinkhole

This stuff pretty fun. Im going to have a massive lake in the corner, but need to fine tune the landscape.   I'm going to put the University and a community inside the lake so it will be surrounded by water.

Same with me but with parks. The workaround is to move the cursor against the street or just make a circle movement until the selection turns blue. Or, just go to the Park section and click again the plop and this time, it should be blue again.

I don't know the exact problem. It (again) even affects parks. As far as I know, parks doesn't have any relationship with seaports at all and it still happened.

    Thanks.

Wait till you do a whole region with plop water, then tell me that.

After this map, I whipped up some plop water in sheets, in LE, to save wear and tear on my fingers.

That's a memory issue, I believe, and affects any lot that you plop a lot of. Pretty much what you're doing is the only workaround I know of.

It's going to be a while till I mess with regions like that.  That Thompson Falls, Montana - Let it snow ! region looks really nice.  It's all mountains and perfect for Snow Resort.

I did some digging around internet and found this massive Cape Newenham Alaska region.  This thing is super massive and not the same Region hosted on this site.  This is well over 200MB of raw files. Nothing filled in yet
