SC13 mods not showing up in game

Here's a screenshot of my mods folder: https://imgur.com/a/KxBP51h

 

I have tried with just one mod as well, the ExtendedWorkerData mod, as well as Project Akar. No new menu, no mods are being applied at all.

 

The game launches normally from Origin, I can hit play in the launcher fine and everything. Can anyone help with this? Thanks
