Keep Getting Flat Maps in Landscape Designer

I downloaded Landscape Designer and looked at the Help. I created a new terrain and have a .jpg, .png and a config.bmp. The problem is that it always shows up as flat whenever I load it. Here are the 3 files:

config.bmp region.ini

Anderson_color.jpg.1d6ed3f5dcc0f56e0f09765839efdd57.jpg

Anderson.jpg.d659d46a677f8b2bdf5a533b6c0aa1b9.jpg

Thank you!

Hiya. I just noticed your post.

Your files all work perfectly fine. I've rendered it in the game and got this:

7010-5001.jpg

What method are you using to Render it? If just placing the three files in a sub folder of Regions, then all you would see is a flat terrain.

To render in the game itself, once you are at the flat Region screen, press Shift+Ctrl+Alt+R then in the popup box drill down to where you saved the grayscale .jpg image and select it. Then wait (and wait). Do not take focus away from the game while it's doing its thing or you'll get borked tiles. (That means don't tab out or select any other window while it's working.)

Optionally if you have Mapper installed, you can follow CB's guide here.
