Is there any way to make the cool pieces like specifically the Tram in Avenue Draggable?  It takes forever and a day to lay them out.

Partially: in NAM 36, the tram-on-networks are semi-draggable, meaning that you can drag the base network (avenue, road or street) and then convert it into the target network by clicking over it with the el-rail or rail tool. You still need to click over each tile and some intersections aren't covered yet, but is somewhat easier than having to assemble it with puzzle pieces.
