Strange going-ons with Shmails underground parkings 1x6

I know, Shmails lots are not Shiny Brand New but nevertheless, that set of underground, functional 1x6 parkings is very useful when space is at a premium. So I used it in some of my relots of train station. It was brought to my attention that even with the required dep (in that case, for my TL-ITS Glassroof Station, the blue one), that parking did not show up.

And indeed, it did not for me either when having only that required dep for the blue parking, as per the readme, (desc & model) in my plugins folder only-the-deps.

But suddenly, when I put in the whole package, i.e. all three 1x6, and relotted the station with another 1x6, to check, (the beige “brown” one), it was suddenly OK. (pict 1)

It seemed that the brown one was necessary for the blue one to show up. Uh ?

I say “it seemed” because when testing that hypothesis with all the packs together or separately, alternating, everything works perfectly and I am unable to replicate the problem. Which was very real (the prop did not show up in the L.E. the first time I checked after it didn't show up in-game), and it was very real for the gamer who alerted me  (pict 2).

What is going on ??????

Much ado for nothing much. it is the lot I uploaded that was bad. How could that happen I have no idea (as the upload pictures show, there WAS a parking on the kot when I tested it.) But basta. Uploading new lot, and the two other flavors as bonus/atonement.
