    Using WinRAR, I opened the folder and looked at the contents.  Somehow, I'm missing the config.bmp file as well as the .ini file.  (I double-checked this by opening the Dublin folder and seeing if those two files are present, and they are).

    How the heck did that happen?

    I got it working.  I used WinRAR to open the folder, and then Select All -> Copy -> Paste into the folder.  It loads and is ready to go.  Hurray!   *:party:
