The idea of this Region is to build without using the DLCs and CoT.  This is a Public Game (No Sandbox)

Consider playing with random disasters disabled, as well you can find a reliable mod on this site that will disable the day/night cycle so you can focus on gameplay. You can enter and view cities from the main menu without having to claim a city.

As of Nov. 10 this game is going well.  There's several cities made by different players and no CoT or DLCs.  There's still 6 empty tiles, and only 2 have been claimed by 'squatters'.  Squatters are people who claim a city either to play later, or they forget they claimed it.  When this game is filled I have an idea for a region called WithoutCOT2.  Its title has somewhat of a double meaning, again without CoT (Cities of Tomorrow) and DLCs, but specialized for parks, tourism, commercial, and minimal industry of high tech and electronics. ( Without CO² ).
