No access to Save As in L.E.

I suddenly don't have access to the Save-As function in the LotEditor. I had it yesterday. I didn't do anything to the L.E. except open it. What is happening ? Is it (again and I wouldn't know why) a problem with “authorizations” ?

(To those who encounter the same problem) : Well, I'm sad to have to add : “not in all and every occasions”. Second time it occurred was because I was tinkering with RWD lots  ; they can me be tinkered with (relotted) and saved, but not "as” ; some other lots behave the same way. It was explained to me that it can be remedied  by changing  a property, "Conditional Building" ; it will either be 0x00 (False) or 0x01 (True). I presume in the Building Exemplar, (and with the PIM) and if you change it to False then you'll have to change it back afterwards or it wont work properly again. 

I chose not to tread those dangerous waters as I'm only an L.E and PIM and Reader's beginner. But at some point, I will venture forth.
