Melbourne Central Bank Tower

I would love to use the whole complex as my big subway hub, it's perfect for what I envision, but for some reason I can't fathom, the bank shows up as a concrete rectangle, no building.  As no deps are listed (and as I reuploaded, to be sure) I don't understand what's going on. Help ?

On the file there are 4 lots:

• a concrete rectangle modded as a CO$$ to represent the offices on the tower
• an overhanging model modded as a CS $$ to represent the shopping centre
• an 1x1 bare concrete lot modded as a transit station
• another 1x1 bare concrete lot, without effects, intented as a filler.

You have to combine them to get your desired result, and as they are relatively hard to find on the game menus, maybe it would be easier to find them using the LotPlop cheat.
