Change driving style into RHD?

Hi guys,

in Cities Skylines we can change the driving style in the global options. In SimCity 2013 can we change the driving style into the UK's ? so the cars will be driven on the left side of the road which is the right hand drive? or is just left hand drive only, therefore cars will be going on the right side of the road?

Can you please help me to resolve this question, because I am interested to get SimCity 2013 ?

The request you have here requires to re-create all of the existing roads and change pathes for every each single roads types.

 

Possible, by modding, but takes a very long time to get done properly.
