Welcome to my new City Journal, the Wheaton Region.  This is not based off any real life cities (ex: Wheaton, MD).  I will be using the Boston map by modelcitizen.  A few of the mods I am using include the NAM-October Version, Urban Housing Mod, and the Realistic Water Mod.  I'm also using a bunch of props and buildings from the STEX.  Without further or due, the region on Wheaton.

gaithersburg1vo.jpg

City Summary: Gaithersburg is a small city in northeastern Wheaton.  It has a long coastline allowing for a ferry terminal and eventual seaports.  The city consists of mainly medium wealth houses.  Commercial Gaithersburg is mostly low level businesses and restaurants.  The current population is 5,059.

VERY nice start! I love your suburbs, especially the commercial area in your second picture. I'd seriously consider living in a suburb like that.

Hope you have a Merry Christmas, and a great vacation! 44.gif

Not bad your twons. They do have that special small-town resp. suburb-feeling. Good use of the churches - they are were they should be.

I just would put in there some more railway tracks for eyecandy - it just looks better.

It's been a long while since my last update.  Sorry for the long wait.  In the meantime I have founded a new city (Rockville) and improved the others of the region.  And now....the next update.......
