Problem saving changes to TSCT

Reboot your computer. Before running any other applications, try modifying the TSCT, does it now work?

Usually this error means some other application has "reserved" the files TSCT needs to modify. Otherwise it could be a more general permissions error with Windows not allowing access to the files.
