Does anyone know where I can get the rain modd from, because I have seen pictures of it, and I was thinking that it would be really fun to drive a car/tram/train through the flooded area, and to make a pre-hurricane New Orleans

The other fun thing about the rain modd is that after you've used it once, doesn't matter where in the city as long as you've used it, you can use u-drive-it and drive anywhere in your city including through houses and buildings and into parking lots and yards. which is something you can't normally do that i find quite fun.
