Region View Bug

I have this unsual region view bug. 

The default maxis regions show up ok.

(look at the 4 city tiles in the lower part of the image. they look normal)

But on a custom region - Cardwell this glitch show up

Known problem.  You are rendering with a vertical resolution greater than 1999. 

Since you are using one of the after market rendering systems, you get this on a tile by tile basis instead of all at once, but it is the same problem.  I suggest you render the whole region at a lower resolution (nuisance, but them's the breaks).  You can then return to a higher density once you have done it.

I render for my 1080p screen and as a result I don't get this problem.
