forest not appear

I wonder why when I use the tools of forest , the forest does not appear, but the money is debited .

I'm having the same issue with mine.  I can't plant nor can i clear any forests.  I thought that maybe the 'Tree Anywhere' mod may be conflicting with it but even when I disabled it, I still had the problem.  I wish that there were still modders around here on the boards that could help.  I have a couple other questions and issues that I need help with.

I have the same issue and just figured it was a graphic card issue on my end.  The system I have is sub-ideal to play the game but it works!!  I've settled for less optimal for a while on this system but am now thinking of finally upgrading things and get all excited again about SC2013.
