"Paintable" Water

Hi everyone...i used to have this download that allowed you to "paint" water (i think it was in the mayor mode menu) into an area but i can't find it on the STEX or in my old downloads.  Is anyone else familiar with the download I'm talking about?

Perhaps it was Pegasus' PPond Kit?  There may be others as well but that's the one I'm most familiar with and use.  Quite a few add-ons for it as well.
