Cannot find SC folder

Hello

 

I just bought SimCity4 Deluxe from Steam. Very happy that I can play my loved game again but I cannot find the folder with the plugins. The app does not seem to have any contents when I click on show packet content (besides Info.plist, Contents/MacOS/, Contents/Resources/. 

Can anyone tell me where I can find my SC folder so I can install some mods? I am working with Yosemite 10.10.3 on a retina Macbook Pro. I can play the game but I really would like t install some mods.

    Weird, It did not show up or probably I overlooked it. Thank you! Off to do some modding now!
