Orion´s belt problem on mac

hEllo, guys, Ive just installed orion´s belt in my sim city 5 complete edition, I have a little problem, everything appears to be functioning but when i start to connect Roads to the high way the game didnt recognize it and it allways keep saying "connect a road" or something like that, I can built roads but not buildings and the game never recognize that the roads are conected to the highway
