Anyone see or deal with this one before? I get an error on loading and this is what my city looks like

Cities_Skyline_Error.jpg

Not just custom content, everything is missing and time doesn't pass. I had just deleted the UK corner pubs so I'm guessing it had to do with that, but when I resubscribed to them, there was no change. Still blank. Goes for every instance of my city save, but doesn't appear to have any problem with new saves.

Did you download anything or change any settings right before this started happening?

Okay. Found my problem. It's this custom asset that I had turned off Large Sedan. When turned off, my city doesn't work. When I turn it on again, everything is fine. It would seem that however this particular vehicle asset was created, it is very unfriendly to later decisions to get rid of it.

Good that you found the problem. Unfortunate that you have to keep it turned on though. The mod author has some work to do it seems.

Might be one of those things where you have to remove all instances of the asset before things work properly again.

It would seem so. I have removed other custom vehicles in the past without any problem. Not sure why there is an issue this time. I have alerted the creator. If it is a situation where all instances need to be removed, that's pretty much impossible for an established city. I guess you could use the remove traffic option in the Traffic Manager? That might do it. For now, I'll just keep using it and when I start a new city, I'll turn it off.
