Problems with placing buildings

When i launch the game without project orion mod i can place the buildings on the roads but then i try playing the game whit project orion mod and i can't place any building.

I don't know why. I tried deleting the mod but it doesn't work.

Did you read the instructions on installing the mod?  iirc, you need to install the mod first, then start the game, make a new city, exit the city as soon as it appears, then restart the game for it to work properly.

It is a very quirky mod and has tons of issues.

I second this.

Did you start a new region as well to install the mod? Orion needs a brand new region for it to work properly with your cities.
