editors notes: This CJ will be a random one, where I will simply show you as often as I can what I have been playing with in SC4. I have not given up on Johnston. Johnston is laid aside until I have more time on my hand, as I do want it to be as close to perfect as possible for me. I use A LOT of cheats and mods I do not want to specify as of yet. In this first update I will only show you pictures, no comments as I don't find them neccisary now.

Enjoy!
Simen

I love your banner, but the pics dont show up

what you need to do is upload them on a site like www.imageshack.us , then copy direct link to image, go to forums, click the little pic with the mountains and sun, and paste the link into the slot.  If you just upload from your hard drive, just because you can see them doesnt mean we can.

good like with your cj!

Edit: you fixed them while i was making this post! lol

I love you city, looks great

Simen: Yes, Looks very unique! Some very interesting skyscrapers!

Remember, sharpen plug-in doesn't necessarily mean, clearer image.
I also agree; The banner fade stitch is sweet looking!

POSTERS: Uumm, also the PS color hue says green mountains, not ice banner. hehee.

You've got some cool stuff.  I like how big and open your design/layout is.  Are all the pictures from the same city?

Very nice start to a CJ. This looks like it will be a nice collection of pictures. And you have a great eye for inner city design.

I like how you have presented this, keep it up! 19.gif

okay time to make some decent replies!

    Sloppet: Thanx43.gif

Scipio: Thanks a lot! Those walkways are made by Jeronij, just search STEX for jeronij and they should still be on page 1.2.gif

frndofyaweh: Im unique!!!6.gifand I will loosen down on the sharpness next time. also, I have noticed a lot of great replies on the banner? should I make a new one with different pics for each update or should I keep to that one? I have no idea what he meant with ice banner47.gif

    Simen: oh wait, thats me34.gif

pickled_pig: Thanx! yeah all the pics are from one city.

chocolatemax285: Wow thanks a lot, those are a great collection of nice words youve got there! I will keep it up, you bet!48.gif

Micah: Of course its weird! what do you take me for, normal!? 9.gif

DARKO: well you got the answer right below you there, thank you anyways!!!

    sloppet: Good boy21.gif

jacqulina: of course I will! thank you!!!

Wow, this CJ sure started with a boom! this really makes me wanna keep this going! thank you all for supporting me this much already!

Anyways, in the next few updates this week you will see me working on with this city, me doing suburbs(I do love them, mhm!) and I have also gotten a job with terraforming the next expansion for Simnation S, so you will get some of that.

    Thank you all once again!

Wow, jolly interesting. I see you also like the seasonal trees - I find they often look best for things like mountain-top parks etc., not ground-level. That's just my opinion and you don't have to care *lol*

EDIT: Where did you get that beautiful building in the secondtolast pic? It looks amazing

oh sure, a double post. why not.

anyways people, time to revive this baby! Todays update will be me starting to build a new part of town, much of it going in transit and industry. I also want to say that the official explanation for the construction sites is realism, while in reality, I just wanted to try out SFBT's construction site kit.

Other notes: This thread will after a small while now be a collection of all my cj's, since I at this moment have plenty of ideas. This weekend for example, I will introduce you to Cala Alvina, my oh so european rural CJ(oh noes! another one!?)

this update will not include comments on the pictures, partly because I dont find it neccesary, partly cos Im beat!14.gif

    Lets get ready to RUMBLE!!!!

The way you've decorated your transport network in some areas is actually quite fascinating. The way you created those twin tunnel portals for your rail network and how you've shown the construvtion of a subway tunnel taking place. Keep at it! 44.gif

You've got some very inspirational pic's in this nice Album of yours. I was intrigued by the railwaytunnel with the ditch running amidst the two raillines; inovative; I love it!!
