Unable to download from Steam Workshop

too bad I find the Empire State Building mod looks great but I cant download with steam   if can anyone help

As far as I know not only Steam is selling the game, it means people don't really need to have a Steam account to have the right of downloading stuff to C;S. People post their work there because they want.

You should try to contact the author and ask him to upload his work with Empire State on STEx, I think it's the best chance you have

Regardless of where you buy the game you need Steam to install and run the game so anyone saying that they can't use Steam to access the workshop either need to contact Steam to troubleshoot the issue or buy a legit version of the game.  $0.02
