Mod Request for Single Player. Computer AI for other cities

I was wondering if there was someone that might be able to make a mod that would allow single player to have bots play on cities. The user would have control on how many bots the certain region would have and where they build. But the user wont have control on what the bots would do in their city as far as what specialization they chose or what not. This mod would be awesome. I know it sounds difficult but I think this should of been something Simcity included when doing single player. It might make it a little more challenging?

Difficult is an understatement. What you're asking wouldn't be a simple 'mod'. It would require a program to be written &/or program to hook into the .exe/.dll.

Given the OP's use of the term "specialization", I'm wondering if perhaps he meant to place this in the SimCity (2013) boards.  In which case, this is still extremely difficult.

Yea i realize its difficult that why i said EA should of put it in the single player mode, I mean i like being a mayor of 10 cities but I think it would be fun to add some computer plays that might or might not do what you want them to do kinda makes it a challenge.
