Looking for Dependencies

Can anyone help me find "PropPak_gsh_Vol1.dat" and "PropPak_mjb_TreesShrubsAndFlowers02.dat" or the files that have superceded them? I would like to install the cute Haricot Vert farm found here:

 

(Found the MJB pack to be part of BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01 (v1.0)) I think!)

The full prop dependency list as I have found:

 

- Rename "Shmails Farm Props1" to "Shmails Farm Props1.dat"

BSC Textures Vol 01 has a texture that is also used:

There's still 1 missing texture for this lot, CA100600, but unless you notice something off it isn't a deal breaker.

Thank you! I have the other two texture volumes installed already for other lots. I'm working on a Paris region and I think I'm in dependencies hell! Ha!
