Ready made mod package

Hey, is there a mod package pre made that contains all the add ons you have here  like buildings, regions, mods, roads..ect but all in one big monster package. Like the AIO packs you could get for GTA vice city that just transformed the game in to awesomeness but for Simcity 4...

You can buy compilations on DVD off of Simtropolis right here: https://www.simtropolis.com/stexcollections

They are hand picked and contain a huge load of files that you can find on the STEX. Plus, buying one for a donation supports the site. Occasionally, plugin packs will pop up here and there, usually originating with someone dumping their Plugins folder straight to a filehoster. Downloading these is strongly discouraged because it can cause all sorts of ruckus to your game. I'm sure somebody else can explain that a little more precisely than I can.

The STEX collections are clearly the way to go.  Otherwise you run into copyright violations and uncertified material.  Over the years I have picked up all of the STEX collections, but you probably should only consider the latest.

 

If you make a donation, you will eventually get your disks.  Since all this is handled by the webmaster, who is busy keeping the site afloat, this is often delayed.

The collections packs are the best way to go if you do not want to spend weeks digging up individual mods and testing them.

 

 Me, personally, I like hand picking mods to make the game exactly how I want it.
