I couldnt find this problem on Simtropolis

With every prop I want to place on the map it will never starts with the first stage of the prop.
Some props have a stage system and some have more than 1, 2, 3, or maybe 5 stages
But every time I plant a prop I can't get the first stage only the second stage?
It doesnt matter if it is a tree of industrial props I just cant get the first props showing, how come?

And is it possible to know how the prop will be placed on the map (orientation of props)

More information is needed here.  Are you talking about the game (lot) or the lot editor?

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/19293845/Images/honey_locust3.jpg

The problem is ingame not in the lot editor. Like the image some props have a stage system. The Honey locust has 5 cause when i click 5 times with the mousse you will get 5 different trees.

When i want to plop of these props on the maps it will always skip the first stage.

So when you look at the image I only can plant 4 trees out of the 5.

I do have this problem with all props i have in game. It wil always skip the first prop.

It sounds like you are trying to create an MMP (Mayor Mode Ploppable) using the tree props (great trees by the way, did you model those?).

If that is the case, can you take a screen shot of your file in Reader?  I may be able to see what the problem is.

SimCoug no I didn't model these, all models are from Girafe! (Best Simcity trees I know!)
Search for VIP girafe or use the power search on the LEX and search for the creator Girafe

Im not trying to create an Mayor mode ploppable I use the orginal downloaded Mayor mode ploppables.
All these files are okay! I know that cause I used it alway on my older pc.
But now when i try to plop a Mayor mode ploppable I cant get the first prop
(So i cant plop the smaller number 1 tree)
I have this problem with all the props (mayor mode ploppables)

Now it works again but most of the times I do getting this problem (I don't know where the problem is)

I agree with SimCoug.  It sounds like hardware since it is inconsistent.  Have you tried a different mouse?

Considering the price of them, I keep a spare mouse in my desk.

Well it could be your mouse, but it could be useful to bear in mind that MMPs are sensitive little blighters, if you move the mouse when clicking (just a pixel or two can do it) that registers a second click sometimes. Try to be as steady as possible and you should be fine, there is likely nothing wrong with the MMP, in fact I know Giraffe's flora are all free of bugs, I use them a lot.

If that's not where the problem lies, you need to check any software that can replicate mouse clicks - there are a number of features in Windows that could be adding the click for you, so check through your Mouse settings (Control Panel --> Mouse) and make sure everything is in order there, and also any special mouse software you may have installed.

If the problem is intermittent this could be caused by undesirable accessibility options (named Ease of Access Centre on Win7), perhaps your mouse is set to double-click instead of click or something, in any case I'd check through the options again found in Control Pannel to make sure there is nothing out of place. For example I set CTRL+ALT in Windows to switch between a UK and DE keyboard and sometimes whilst zoning in SC4 I will accidentally change the keyboard language, lots of the accessibility options have similar keyboard shortcuts so it's a possible explanation of the behavior.

Otherwise if software is not causing your problems, at least test another mouse to see if that gets rid of the problem before you buy a new one.
