Question about connecting buildings?

I want to connect two buildings together with an enclosed walkway where I can select the height where they connect. I have tried utilizing skywalks, but they always have to be over a road and are always close to ground level. I have seen several buildings in rear life in my travels that have an enclosed glass and steel walkway between two different buildings at various levels. I thought that it would be cool to do that in my own sim cities to add a little more realism to my cities. However, I am not exactly sure how I can accomplish this. Does anyone have any ideas? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, there are no existing mods or bat that can help you with that although I have seen a skyway before I am not sure if you are referring to that. Anyway, you can always create your own plugin via the lot editor or gmax, although again I am not expert on these things.
