Yes Target does trade ins (limit 3 games per time) as does Walmart.

I took advantage of the coupon.

I traded in:

 

• Pokemon Diamond (I transferred all my Pokemon over to X)
• Pokemon White
• Pokemon Black 2
• New Super Mario Bros 2 (I haven't touched in a year)
• Tales of Abyss 3D (I rebought it, only not to be able to enjoy it)
• Mario Kart Wii (Well once you go 8...)
• Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (Fi, and numerous design issues prevented me from ever replaying it)
• Pikmin 3 (For some odd reason I couldn't get into it and had to force my self to complete it)
• Legend of Zelda Windwaker (I bough it on sale for $20 and beat it... I still own the original)

Together with the coupon I netted $252.

 

I used that $252 to fully preorder:

• Hyrule Warriors
• Bayonetta 2
• Smash Bros 3DS
• Smash Bros Wii U.

I also bought an iTunes card and had a few dollars left over.
