NO NAM TRANSPORTATION MAP

I need to get rid of the NAM transportation map view it's annoying how if the cities aren't perfectly connected by road/rail systems the cities have different color roadways. I uninstalled NAM and the transportation map is still there! I need to know how to return to the Maxis transportation view.

Enter the city and save it, then exit. You'll need to do it for all the cities whenever you install/uninstall/change a transportation map mod, so that's probably why you're seeing different colors between cities when using the NAM one.

Adding on to that, you also need to open up a data view (I don't think it matters which one, as long as it's a data view) in each of your cities before saving them; otherwise all your roads will look black like the RHW.

Additionally, if you are using the RHW, if you switch back to the Maxis view, you won't be able to see any of your RHWs on the Regional Transport Map.  The NAM Regional Transport Map is the only one available that can display RHWs.  The reasons those particular colors were chosen was because they minimize artifacting.  Following compdude787's advice will solve your particular issue.
