RCI plop mod bug

Yesterday I downloaded the RCI plop mod and installed it, when I entered everything looked fine but when I tried to plop something other than low wealth-low density building it didn't let me, it just dissapeard (the building that I plopped was medium density buildin, I thought that maybe it just this building but no, it's on every building)....am I the only one who have this bug?

    Save the game, Quit the game, Re-Launch the game, Resume game. Enjoy.
