How To Record your build's in SimCity

I have been wanting to record my builds like Capton' Skystorm & others do but have no idea were to start.. And am working with limited fund's... Any Suggestions?????

    Man That Program's GREAT Thanks so much for the tips, And I have a blank slate with regions right now I deleted all of them for the new mod installs lately. I have huge plans though I have "like I sai been installing tons o mods 1 at a time and searching regions that will suit my build of Atl. Ga I'm going to ATTEMPT to build the complete inner perimiter. It'll be a loooong build but I will gladly record finished city"S cause it'll take all of em LOL. I may buy that program, IDK how much it is. but the free version only records 10 minutes at a time. Which is great for free, So thanks again Capton
