SimCity 4 graphics problem

  All the icons and the cursor have no colors. Can you please help me fix it?

This sounds like a GPU problem.  You should run dxdiag to check out your system.

I have Windows 8.1 and it says "no problems found"

There's an option in the graphics settings that turns on/off the colored cursor.  I believe you need to be using hardware rendering for it to work.

But is shouldn't affect the menu.  Did you actually run the individual tests with dxdiag?

I've fixed it now, but there is a new problem; there are no props. Please help me. I have set it to Hardware.

Missing props is usually the game graphics settings being too low.  Open the game graphics panel and set detail to high.

I fixed it! I changed the settings!
