you can probably run it, but you will likely have to play with reduced graphic settings if you don't want any lag.

Is it worth it? That answer is entirely unique to each person. Is it worth it to me? Well, I have spent hundreds upon hundreds of hours playing this game so for the value I got from it yes... However, do I like the game? Do I think it's a good game? Do I think it's done well? Not at all. In fact, at this point, I can't play for more than a few minutes before I get bored and turn it off.

If your a social gamer and you are a casual simcity player then this will probably be okay for you. For players who enjoy the whole simulation experience this game isn' that bad. However, for players like myself who just want to build big awesome cities the game sucks, like terribly bad, I can usually finish a map in about an hour. Where as in SC4 I could spend a couple weeks on a single map.

Also, while this game does support modding it's very much limited and there are not many mods available. Last time I checked there was no way to add new buildings without replacing old ones, no way to effeciently extend borders (larger map) (though there is a new 3k borders mod which is a lot better).

It's totally worth buying :) and it will probably run fine if you have the graphic settings lowered (as stated above).

What is bold is partially false :) oppie has released buildings and new bus stops that don't replace other buildings. Only some buildings (such as the Unisphere building) have replaced buildings.

Just an uninteresting person that plays video games for your falsified amusement.
