Draggable rail and HSR curves

Two questions I couldn't find an answer to.

 

1. Are the wide radius curves draggable for the rail like roads? The patterns I use for roads don't work on rail. (using RRW)

 

2. Does GHSR have wide radius turns? I see regular monorail but can't get them turn change style.

1) Draggable Rail Wide-Radius Curves do not yet exist.  They've been discussed, but our main rail developer, who designed the RRW system, has been in and out of hiatus for RL.

2) The default 45-degree turn on the HSR and GHSR is actually designed to be smoother already.  HSR hasn't seen any development in over 5 years, and it's model-based (meaning that adding anything to it is very difficult), so unfortunately, anything beyond that is quite unlikely in the near future.
