Need help with Simcity Mods

Hi I need help with Simcity Cities of Tomorrow mods and so here is the list of mods I am having problems installing and to work in the game:

So here the problem when I install these mods, and launch the game the change that these mods surpose to change doesn't change.  So the change stays default, and or worse I can't use the bullzore to destory anythng.

 

So my question is this isometing I am doing wrong or maybe a conflict with these mods, so let me know what I am doing wrong?

These are all offline-only mods so make sure that you have them installed in the SimCityUserData/Packages folder or have installed them where the creator says they need to be installed.

oh ok I try that allready and the mods didn't work.

It may be because they conflict with other mods that alter the same thing so try removing other mods that alter the same thing and see if the mods will work.

I'm relatively new to these forums. Have been using SimCity 2013 mods from this site for a while. Recently took a break from game, now that I'm back I'd like to update my mods but I can't find a way to filter/show only Online Mods. There are so many offline mods now but since I have lots of cities online and enjoy the online aspects of the game I'd like to stick with online mods. Is there way to filter-OUT the offline mods on this site?

Filter them out so you cannot download them? If that's what you mean, then I'm afraid that you can't do that there are no categories separating offline and online mods, so there's no way you can filter it.

 

Normally, however, offline only mods will say that they're offline only in either their title or their description
