Every mod I am trying to install doesn't work at all. So I need help installing mods, since I try the following and didn't work: Also in case anybody is wondering what I mean don't work, is simple the changes that any mods I install doesn't change the game default stats in the game.

Hi I need help with Simcity Cities of Tomorrow mods and so here is the list of mods I am having problems installing and to work in the game: https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/29429-easymoney/ So here the problem when I install these mods, and launch the game the change that these mods surpose to change doesn't change. So the change stays default, and or worse I can't use the bullzore to destory anythng. So my question is this isometing I am doing wrong or maybe a conflict with these mods, so let me know what I am doing wrong?

So the mod I would like help is the folowing: Oil Power Plant WInd Power Plant Solar Power Plant Water Pumping Station (both Modules) Sewage Treatment Plant Garbage Dump ( all three modules)
