old player coming back since I hate 2013

Okay so I hate the new game almost completely and so I am deciding that I need to come back to 4 to scratch the itch but there was this super mod that I used to run that was for RCI not roads and such, which of course I can't remember the name of anymore. I am hoping that some of you that never put 4 down can assist me with remembering what it was, and more importantly where to get it from and the dep. list.

Not to much description to go on there, but from what I gather, I suspect you might be talking about the Colossus Addon Mod (CAM) 

 

If not, then maybe a bit more description of what the mod did would help pin point the exact mod you're requesting.

I would also recommend getting NAM version 32.  I would consider NAM essential for getting SC4 to function correctly.
