I would like to see more real world buildings to plop as landmarks. There are so many famous buildings around the world it would make sense to utilise them.

Also it never made sense to me that the hospital has no air ambulances. Those would be nice to have.

The Sleek casino has no equivalant (in terms of atteaction) so to fix this, I have an idea about implementing an asian casino. the rooms will build to look like a pagoda, mojoin parlor and festival center (theter,requires entertainment division) one sign will have a signiture asian roof above the ad are itself, the small one will have the decor of a thai spirit hose crossing with the sign at the intersection. the base will look like forbbidian city. cost will be same as roman luck.

As of the time of writing, any new buildings would have to be retextures as modders currently do not have the ability to create new buildings at Maxis' doing, henceforth the monuments that thou hast suggested would not be able to be made. Thus, unless one would be willing to sacrifice a current landmark of suitable size and price and retexture it, it is quite impossible to have any Washington monuments that are not currently in the servers.

 

However, as we already have McDonalds and Burger King, I don't believe that a Walmart building or Subway restaurant would be challenging to complete, and would the current community take it up, we could look forward to seeing many diverse restaurant and shop chains opening up across SimCity. The future looks bright for these transnational companies, as they now prepare to dominate the virtual world as well.

 

EDIT: I hope to be factual and right in what I have stated - I have, at least, been told that new buildings cannot be made as they would conflict with the Maxis server, which at present is regularly pinged by active regions so that should any discrepancies be noticed, rollbacks would occur. Non-default buildings would therefore unfortunately cause rollbacks in servers, or at least, that is what I have been told.

Subway,Maid Rite,Buckle or any other Small Chain easy to make. The problem is we don't have a zone for like Shopping Centers then we could have spaces for Sale,Rent,Lease and Pad Sites to.

I would like to zoom in to an Exit and see like 7-11,McDonalds,KFC,Walgreens,Krystal,Red Lobster and so on.

Also have lots of Exits that goes East and West or North and South.

Naming because would like to name like a Street,Police Station and Sign Tool because then can have a sign say like 10 Minutes to,highway 441,36 to Toddville,129 to Miami Springs or off Exit 75 Jean Road,Sean Mill,56 Highway-Bypass Lake George that includes like another 7-11 with a Subway,a Strip Center with Cellvile/Great Clips/John's Bait Shop and DQ,Ned's Inn,Taco Hill,Pete's Gas,Don's Car Mart,Walgreens,McDonalds,Grocery Deals,Budget Motel,Pizza Hut,Ben's Lumberyard,Lake George Police/Fire Stations West,Chet Winery,Lake George or off same Exit for Gas Coco Mart/Amco in Downtown Sean Mill 7-11 one mile off Exit,for Food Bob's Diner 1.5 Miles off Exit ,Lim's Donut Shop inside Tams Antique Mall in Lake George and for Attractions Chet Winery 7 Miles,Lake George Beach Resort 10 Miles.
