PEG Snow Mod not working?

This might be a stupid mistake by me but I downloaded the mod (link ) and I unzipped it, put all the files in my plugins folder, and it didn't work. I have no idea why, any ideas here?

Well, check the readme again - there are no direct dependencies, but it requires some PEG stuff (sorry, not home right now, so I can't look up particulars)...

 

All I can say is that the mod works just fine :-)

It's worth noting that custom terrain mods and other such files will require extra work on your part, including using the snow versions of the respective terrain mods (if you have one) as well as making sure that any custom flora are either seasonal (w/snow for pines) or have winter versions available. Most of the seasonal flora from VIP and c.p. (cycledogg) have winter versions and snow covered versions, but it will require extra work for any custom content.

 

PEG's mod appears to only modify the stuff he can control, like the default Maxis terrain, and his own excellent work.
