Weird stripes in region view

For quite some time, i've been having this problem. In region view, all big cities look weird. It happens with every big city in every region. Do you know what may be causing this?

Do you mean the colour of the water / terrain? It looks like you might have a water mod installed (a darker shade of blue). Anything that modifies the landscape will appear different, compared to any unused neighbouring cities. Try saving each city tile to update the region snapshots. Everything should then appear normal and blend together.

I see a resolution problem that is a know bug.  If you render a map at anything above 1199 px vertical pitch this happens.

 

The work-around for this is to reduce the resolution of your monitor and either render the map again, or open and close each city tile.  Once this problem has been repaired you can return to your normal resolution.

 

You have installed a darker water mod, and this takes effect with each city, or when the map is rendered with the mod present.
