default properties for maxis utility buildings (plugin mgr)

Good morning everyone..just a quick question.don't know if this has been asked already. does anyone know the default properties for the maxis schools, police, fire, etc. i tried making my lot, and i would like to copy the maxis default properties as a baseline data in the plug in manager before i start manipulating it

I'd recommend using the SC4 Tool. It contains a database of all Maxis buildings, with the properties available for reference. It also has a range of other features, including an exemplar editor which can modify the properties of your own LOT files.

 

Here are the options from the main menu. For civic buildings, the highlighted option would display the properties:

 

 

 

Note: In the Lot Editor, it's possible to base your lot on an existing one, using the same properties.

This is done when opening any lot from the list, and saving it as a custom lot. Everything will be copied over.
