Train stops coming indefinitely

Guys I need help bad.

 

The train has stopped coming into my tourist city. My other cities are industrial and electronic. Each of my city right now has only 1 train station b/c some1 said having more than 1 station could trigger a bug.

 

My tourist city has 89,000 sims with mixed medium and high wealth residents and commercial. 1 airport, 1 train station, 3 ferries. Regional bus. My tourist city has 1 pro stadium, 1 expo, 5 casino, empire state, and willis building, tokyo tower. I make $300k in tourist and $500k in casino per day. My hourly expense is between $10,000-$19,000. So my city is sustainable but the train problem kills my stadium. I used to be able to get 15000 people into my pro stadium. Now without the train, I can barely 2000.

 

My industrial city has only medium and low wealth residents and commercial and very high tech industrial. It has 1 train station, 1 airport, and 1 tradeport, 1 regional bus, and a tokyo tower.

 

My electronic city has only high wealth residents, no commercial or industrial. 1 train, 1 airport, and 1 tradeport, and a tokyo tower.

 

Earlier in my tourist city, I have 5 train stations and everything works fine. Then I redo my city and now the train stops comining indefinitely. The station would say riders = 0, waiting 2000. If i turn on region map, I don't see any train coming to my tourist city at all. However, if I load my other 2 cities, I can actually see the trains coming to my tourist city. How does this make any sense?

 

I've already tried placing the station at different location including on the edge, in middle of the map, vertically, horizontally, with and without rail or elevated extension. None of these make my train station works.
