Question about changing the menu a lot appears in.

Actually I have 2 questions.   I would like to "tinker" with which menu certain lots appear (landmark, reward, education....etc.).  Is the LEProp the best editor to use for this or is there a better program.  If it is where can I find some detailed instructions on the info you find when you hit the "Advanced" button in the "Occupant group" section found under the "Tools" menu button in the LEProp.  I have figured out this is were I can change which menu a lot appears under but I'm hesitant to do so until I understand exactly what it is I'm changing.

I'd say the LEProp is probably the easiest way to change a lot's menu.

 

An occupant group is a collection of properties that determines how a lot functions in the game. The dropdown menu of the LEProp lists the different menu categories:

 

 

For the purpose of changing the menu, selecting from this list is all that needs to be done. Afterwards the "Advanced" menu will show the new Occupant Group properties. They don't need to be edited any further.

To keep your changes, remember to hit "Apply" before saving on the main window.

 

If you wish to adjust the order of a lot in a menu, the must be used.
