I have been having my game crash when I start using it after five seconds, I think it might have something to do with all the plugins I've put in but I don't want to get rid of any, I've tried setting the affinity but that isn't really working, Any suggestions?

1 - get rid of all your plugins, boot the game, make sure it works and it isn't a bad/corrupt install

2 - load 10% of your plugins, boot the game, make sure it works

3 - repeat step 2, ensuring you can tell what you put in each repetition, until it crashes

4 - once you identify a universe of mods that cause the issue, start with no plugins again, load a small fraction of the universe that causes the error, repeating over and over until you shorten the list again.

5 - continue shortening the list until you get it down to 15-20 plugins, then read the readme files for all of those.  If you can't figure it out from that, add one at a time, restarting the game each time, until you find the problem.

Then you gotta fix whatever it is.

Plugins are not guaranteed not to conflict with each other.  You may have more than one problem.  You can use the method above, or use the method outlined

The Binary Search method reduces the number of iterations to the next higher power of 2 than the number of files to be examined.

A couple of cautionary notes about plugins:

  1. No guarantee that they will dance together
  2. Each one should be tested separately as an add to the existing suite using a sandbox region
  3. You can test them in batches if you are willing to do so with the extra work involved when you get a conflict.
  4. Shotgunning in a large number of plugins is almost guaranteed to cause trouble of some kind.
